This elegant open-face pocket watch by Patek, Philippe & Co., Geneva, Switzerland, is crafted
in 18k yellow gold and dates to circa 1912. The watch measures approx. 46mm and houses an
18-jewel Patek movement within its original Patek, Philippe case #278876.
The white enamel dial features red seconds markers, black Arabic numeral hour markers, an auxiliary
seconds subdial, and gilded hour and minute hands. The back case is engraved “HKH.”
The piece is in excellent condition, showcasing both fine craftsmanship and timeless design.
